  SCL recently broke ground on the new Aurora Rents building in Shoreline. Aurora Rents has been a landmark business at the corner of 175th and Aurora for close to 50 years.
  
  The new Aurora Rents building will have the same address as the previous building, which was demolished due to the widening of Aurora Avenue North. The new facility will consist of 25,000 square feet of retail/service space, a new storage yard and an eco-friendly equipment-washing system that uses considerably less water.
