SCL Enterprises was founded in 1999 by owner/operator Shaun Leiser with a focus on three basic principles:

SCL began as a builder of residential spec and custom homes before expanding to multifamily homes and commercial buildings and ultimately to tenant improvements and medical and dental suites. SCL has built its business on a 100% referral basis because of our reputation for remarkable service, superior construction, innovative design and honest pricing. We consistently offer the best value for our clients while achieving the highest quality construction possible.

SCL is responsible for many of the homes and buildings you drive past every day in the greater Puget Sound area. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional product that will last for years to come. Whether it’s a family home for making memories, an investment property for a greater retirement or a commercial space for a new medical practice, no job is too large or too small.

What We Do:

SCL is a complete build general contracting company. We like to say we’re not just a contractor, but a “working contractor." Not only do we collaborate with the area’s best subcontractors, but we perform many of the services ourselves in-house. With a “can do” attitude, SCL will take on virtually any project, from residential remodels and custom homes, to multifamily, commercial buildings, tenant improvements, retail spaces and medical and dental suites to complete demolition and excavation services. In addition, we offer value engineering, consulting services, project and construction management, technical support, maintenance and green sustainable building, to name a few.

Because we retain ownership of many of our properties, we have a unique perspective of someone on the inside. We understand the importance of finding the most cost effective way to build and exactly how to implement those methods. We can truly relate to our customers because we understand exactly what it’s like to build a project within a specific budget and precise timeline.
